HEIAN EG-231-PBMC Gantry CNC Router
Heian's EG-231-PBMC gantry router is the right choice for those looking for a nested-based manufacturing machine that is value-priced but still offers the features, productivity and dependability that Heian CNC Routers are known for. The machine is supplied with an 11kw HSK-63 24,000 rpm spindle motor and an L shaped multispindle boring assembly for vertical and horizontal boring. In addition, the space saving gantry design of the EG-231 allows the router to fit into tight manufacturing areas.

HEIAN FP151-PMC CNC Router
Heian's FP151-PMC is a 5-axis CNC router designed for trimming and machining plastics. Its integrated dust enclosure helps capture and contain the plastic particles. The FP151 features a 4.5 kW 18,000rpm spindle motor with an 8 position automatic tool changer for BT.35 tool holder system all positioned on a fixed, overhead bridge.
HEIAN NC8101-PMC CNC Router
Heian's NC-8101-PMC is a 10-axis 8 headed single table CNC router with a Fanuc 31iA CNC controller. The machine is equipped with eight independent Z axis for four main heads 2,4,6, and 8 with 7.5 kW 18,000 rpm spindle motors and four piggy back mounted router spindles of 2.2kW,18,000 rpm at head position's 1,3,5 and 7 on the machine. The machine is also fitted with an independent 5 tool position automatic tool changer to each main spindle motor, automatic tool length measurement system and video camera for workpiece setting.
HEIAN NC-4102-PMC CNC Router
Heian's NC-4102-PMC is a 10 axis four headed twin table CNC Router equipped with a high specification Fanuc CNC Controller with Multi-path control, enabling the machine to run two programmes simultaneously on separate tables with single or multiple heads with a feed speed of 60m/min on the X/Y axis. Each 7.5 kW 24,000 rpm spindle motor is equipped with one independent X axis and Z axis servo motor, each spindle motor is fitted with a front mounted 12 position automatic tool changer. This highly versatile machine will provide high performance machining solutions to a wide customer base.

HEIAN NC641-PMC CNC Router
Heian's NC-641-PMC machine is a 6 headed 4-axis machine with a rear mounted 4 position automatic tool changer to each spindle motor and six rotating indexing units with tailstock clamping units designed especially for the manufacture of shotgun and riffle gun stocks. This machine can also be used for other types of CNC machining that require the workpiece to be rotated to different positions for machining work to be carried out.

Heian's FA Custom Kitchen Door Processing Line was specially designed for nested manufacturing of mass produced kitchen doors and bespoke designed kitchen doors.This fully automated laboursaving line consists of three CNC Routers each machine is equipped with two spindle motors, each spindle is equipped with a single rotary 24 tool position chain/bar type ATC.
