Ariete 3
This is an automatic hydraulic lathe for high volume production of small turned wooden items from square feed-stock with a maximum diameter of 80 mm, equipped with hydraulic loading device and programmable working cycle. The headstock is mounted on precision linear guides controlled and powered by brushless drive motor.
Miniariete 45
An automatic hydraulic end turning/milling lathe with hopper feeder, utilizing round timber stock. This machine is designed for high volume production of small turnings with a maximum diameter of 45 mm, with little residue waste.
MK-CNC Lathe
A new concept of lathe but based on the long standing tradition and experience of Locatelli Macchine S.r.l., a fully automatic lathe with numerical control. This is the new Numerical controlled lathe made to meet high production needs of customers with precision, speed, repeatability and reliability. To ensure the flexibility and ease of operation and programming the machine is fitted with an Osai numerical control system. The maximum working length with tooling is 1300 mm or 1600 mm with a maximum working diameter of 300 mm.
MKSE-CC Lathe
A fully automatic hydraulic lathe with one fixed gouge for rounding and two very sensitive hydraulic copiers with a stroke of 110 mm. The machine is fitted with an automatic hopper feed for pieces up to a maximum of 140 mm diameter, hydraulic tailstock and workpiece expeller. The machine is equipped as standard with three hydraulic back-knives, the maximum working length with tooling is 1300 mm
OMK-300
A fully automatic hydro-pneumatic multi-spindle lathe with six working stations and a rotating drum unit for turning and sanding workpieces with a maximum length of 300 mm with a maximum diameter of 100 mm. The machine is equipped with two hydraulically controlled roughing gouges and as standard, one hydraulically controlled profiling tool (as an option a second profiling tool carriage can be fitted). Two pneumatically operated oscillating brush backed sanding stations for first and secondary sanding. This machine can be linked together with the Locatelli transfer unit UF.150/220 for boring end milling/turning.
UF.150/220 Transfer Unit
A fully automatic pneumatic operating unit with logic programme control, consisting of an arm clamping unit that locates onto the turned and sanded piece from the OMK-300 machine and places it in the self-locking mould. The workpiece is machined as required and ejected on completion of all boring, milling and end turning operations.
OMK-300-TL
A multi-spindle automatic lathe for turning and sanding workpieces with a maximum length of 300 mm and a maximum diameter of 100 mm, with hydro-pneumatic control with six working stations on a rotating drum unit. The machine is equipped with an electronic keyboard with visual display, one standard hydraulic copier TL.80 with stylus R.4 mm and one hydraulic copier with TDP (Double stroke) with copying stylus R.6 mm. Two pneumatically operated oscillating brush backed sanding stations for first and secondary sanding.
Orientalmatik
This is an automatic sanding machine for turned workpieces with six working stations on a rotating drum unit. It has automatic hydraulic traverse with two sensitive copy tracing rollers attached to two sanding belt sanding stations which follow a wooden or metal template. At the rear of the machine is a set of two brush backed sanding stations for fine detail sanding.
Ringmatik
This is a special machine for the manufacture of wooden rings for use on curtain rails and fittings. The machine has the capacity to manufacture rings of 30 to 95 mm in diameter with a thickness of 6 to 15 mm. This hydro-pneumatic machine has a fully automatic working cycle with pneumatic control of all movements and full hydraulic control of operating speeds. With the hopper feed system the machine has a high production output of 900-1400 pieces per hour with a high quality finish. The machine uses square timber sections to manufacture the rings but also has the facility to reutilize the inner parts of the larger rings.
