MZ Project - Cross-Cutting Systems
MZ Project Cross-Cutting Systems
MZ CS 1000
The machine is very user friendly with a large cutting capacity, which is excellent for any ype of wood processing and production. The machine bed is made of a torsion free metal frame, together with the cutting unit sliding on precision hardened and ground steel guide rails which is the standard basis for all MZ Project cross-cut saws.
As an option the machine can be manufactured to any working length with free or motorised roller tables and mechanical or pneumatic positive stops which are directly selected from the control console.
MZ CS 1000 Electronic
This machine combines both accurancy with high speed for cutting pre-selected lengths of timber. It is particularly suitable for mass production where various lengths are required be they large or small; the electronic positioning system is fitted with D.C. motor and encoder and has a positioning speed of 60 M/min; the positive stop has a length capacity of 300 - 1.500 mm with a memory to store cut length programmes which can be recalled at any time as cutting cycle. It is equipped as standard with motorised rooler tables with infeed diameter of 102 mm an outfeed diameter of 76 mm with a tilting device for reject components.
MZ CS 1000 Optic
This machine has been specially manufactured for the optimisation of timber and is fitted with an optical scanner. After close inspection of the timber for defects, the operator marks the timber to lengths with a florescent marker pen which will ten be detected by optical scanner fitted to the machine. The timber is placed onto the infeed of the machine and is then driven by grooved rollers, powered by a D.C motor fitted with a encoder, for precision positioning. The florescent marks are automatically positioned on the cutting line and the timber is completely cut without any operator intervention. The machine is equipped as standard with motorized roller tables with infeed diameter of 102 mm and outfeed diameter 76 mm with a tilting device for reject components.
