MZ LC Rip Cutting Sytems
A rip cutting system specially designed for the rip cutting of any type of timber where optimization is a prime factor, a machine available in cutting lengths of 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000mm. The machine is built around an extremely strong steel fabricated base, equipped with an overhead pressure beam and a precision linear guide rail system for the saw carriage fitted with 11kW drive motor with a 350/500 mm diameter saw blade with adjustable saw carriage speed. The machine is fitted with laser alignment and a powered rear fence, as an option the machine can be fitted with an electronic positioning control with a digital display on the control console and a programme memory to store cut sizes. The machine is equipped with a rear tilting table to enable the removal of cut and completed workpieces, and as an option a conveyor belt system can be fitted at the rear of the machine to return the cut pieces to the operator. Other options are available for the machine to include roller tables to the front and rear, and roller conveyor systems to enable this machine to be linked together with the CS cross cutting system.

MZ Liner System (Veneer Bandsaw)
A versatile machine system manufactured for the production of large wood lamellas (thick wooden veneers) for the parquet flooring industry, musical instruments, sports equipment and other products where wood savings is a primary factor. With a combination of an 11kW drive motor and a very strong satellite and/or carbide tipped band saw blade and an automatic carriage with a vacuum clamping system, the machine is able cut both wet and dry wood veneers of 1.3-1.7 mm assuring the minimum of wood waste. With an excellent cutting accuracy and speed directly controlled by an NC controller, it is possible to set closed or random cutting cycles.

MZ Project CS 700 Cross Cutting System
A cross cutting system with a cutting capacity of 700 mm, ideal for any type of timber or production, available left or right handed. The machine is based on a strong fabricated steel base with precision ground and tempered bars for supporting the moving saw carriage. Equipped with a 5.5/7.5kW drive motor with a 550 mm diameter saw blade, the machine has a maximum cutting height capacity of 100 mm. As an option the machine can be supplied with motorized infeed/outfeed roller tables a pneumatic tilting device to check the timber prior to cutting, two mechanical or pneumatic positive stops and a pneumatic unloading device on the outfeed roller table.
MZ CS 1000 Cross Cutting System
A cross cutting system with a large cutting capacity of 1,000 mm, ideal for any type of timber or production, available left or right handed. The machine is based on a strong fabricated steel base with precision ground and tempered bars for supporting the moving saw carriage. Equipped with a 9.2kW drive motor with a 550 mm diameter saw blade, the machine has a maximum cutting height capacity of 100 mm. As an option the machine can be supplied with motorized infeed/outfeed roller tables, a pneumatic tilting device to check the timber prior to cutting, two mechanical or pneumatic positive stops and a pneumatic unloading device on the outfeed roller table.

MZ CS 1000 OPTIMA Cross Cutting System
An optimizing cross cutting system with a large cutting capacity of 1000 mm, designed for the manual optimization of timber with the use of a fluorescent marker and a machine with an optical sensor, ideal for any type of timber where quality is the prime factor for timber for furniture production. The Optima system is equipped with a motorized infeed roller table fitted with a pneumatic tilting device to enable the operator to check the underside of the timber prior to moving forward into the cutting station. The CS 1000 Optic machine is equipped with grooved rollers, powered by DC drive motor fitted with an encoder for precision positioning. The fluorescent marks are automatically sensed by the optical scanner and the timber is positioned on the cutting line and the timber is cut. On completion of the cutting the timber is transported on the motorized outfeed roller conveyor to the offloading table.

MZ Unidue 013/020 Copy Bandsaw
The Unidue machine is a hydro/pneumatic copy bandsaw designed for manual loading and operation. The machine utilizes a simple and totally unique double template system, both templates are independently controlled, and allow the machine to cut two different profiles on the same workpiece. The stock is manually positioned on the working table and manually repositioned after each cutting cycle against two pneumatic and adjustable positive stops located on the front of the machine bed. This machine is ideal for cutting rough cut solid wood boards, laminated panels and boards and/or similar materials.

MZ CNC Bandsaw 025 Hopper System
This machine is particularly suitable for cutting rough solid wood boards, Plywood, Chipboard, OSB, and MDF with irregular shapes. The stock is manually loaded and positioned on the working table against two pneumatic positive clamps/stops that hold down the uncut workpiece onto the table as it passes through the blade. The machine will automatically reposition the stock on the cutting line after each sawing operation.
Combining advanced computerized technology with traditional, proven bandsaw design has allowed MZ Project to manufacture a new evolution of bandsaw which is simple to programme and operate.
This new era in bandsaws provides the ability to saw very difficult shaped parts with a (+/- 90º inclination), which until now could only be accomplished by the hands of a skilled band saw operator. This is a great step forward in the profiled solid wood processing. In addition to more precisely sawn parts and higher production speed, the machine set up time takes only a few minutes to change from one programme to another. These benefits allow you to fully appreciate the technology designed into the machine to save you money.
The machines computer control positions the three axis, X,Y,C simultaneously using the advanced NUM 1020W controller with the standard 128K ram memory, but if required the memory is expandable, providing ample storage for a wide range of workpiece profiles. All programme and technical data and information is displayed on a colour 10˝ S-VGA monitor. Axis X and Y are mounted on precision guiderails with precision ballscrews with brushless servo motors.
MZ CNC Pluris Bandsaw/Router
The new MZ Project Pluris was launched at the Xylexpo Exhibition in Milan 2010, this is a new version of the existing CNC Bandsaw. This new machine has the added advantage of an overhead bridge equipped with a high speed flexible routing spindle unit.
With precise bandsaw cutting this new routing facility will enable users to programme the machine to carry out accurate and precise routing of intricate shapes, circular/rectangular holes, elongated/slotted holes and access holes to allow the bandsaw blade to rotate in for more intricate cutting work and acute cutting lines and angles.
